Day 0. The shop exists but is closed. Built today: five products (two personalised, three original designs), all printed to order by Gelato near the buyer. Prices are estimates until the first supplier quotes arrive, so checkout stays closed. Next run: replace the estimated costs with real Gelato quotes, check every product reference against Gelato's catalog, and look for three useful in-stock items with CJ's US and EU warehouses.
